Shipping:

Miami Cordage takes great pride in the fitness products that we make, we have skilled artisans that hand craft each fitness rope individually. We ship the orders out as quickly as possible, but we estimate around 3 - 5 business days to make your fitness ropes and ship them out. We prefer to use UPS Ground as they generally have the best rates, however feel free to contact us if you’ve got a preferred shipping method. Please note that all of our fitness ropes are made by hand and are not mass produced in some factory overseas. We feel strongly about supporting our community through providing jobs and safe working conditions.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

We are pleased to offer shipping to AK, HI & PR however the shipping cost is generally higher than within the contiguous U.S. We will contact you with the additional shipping amount.

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping, please contact us directly for an accurate shipping quote. Please note that orders shipping outside of the U.S. are subject to customs duties and taxes vary significantly by country. Each international customer is responsible for paying these custom duties and taxes. Please note that Miami Cordage / Florida Wire & Rigging Works does not estimate customs duties and taxes nor do we have any control over these charges. If you have questions about the customs duties and taxes for your country, please contact your appropriate government agency. Be aware that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please note that shipping times for international orders can vary from as quickly as 1 week to as long as 12 weeks depending on the shipping method used.

Returns:

All sales are final. We take great pride in the quality of our products, however due to the rigorous use of the ropes and the nature of the workouts, damage may occur to the ropes. If you receive a damaged or defective rope, please call us within five days of delivery at 800-226-7673 for an authorized return RGA number, we will assume responsibility for the return shipping. Please do not return anything without contacting us first. We will also request photos of the damaged rope as this expedites our return process and allows us to quickly make improvements to our products. The returned rope(s) must be in new and unused condition. Once the return has been processed a replacement rope will be sent out to you.
